We all have heard the word “cancer” many times, well there are a very few personals who understand the disease & how it spreads in an human bodies.

Cancer is a term that encompasses a complex group of more than 100 different types of cancerous diseases.

Oral cavity cancer, or just oral cancer, is the cancer that triggers in the mouth. Mouth cancer is a cancer that can develop in any part of the human mouth, like in the tongue, under the tongue, the skin lining the mouth, the gums, the palate (upper part of the mouth), or the lips.

Cancer is a broad disease that comprises of over one hundred different types of cancer. Although each type has it’s own set of characteristics, there are many cancer symptoms which can occur in many types of cancer.

According to the WHO report, there are premature deaths by non-communicable diseases and they are one of the high cases in India. Of all the other non-communicable diseases like chronic respiratory problems, cardiovascular ailments and diabetes, cancer is a major public health concern.

There are standardly four methods for treating the cancer: radiation therapy, immunotherapy surgery, chemotherapy, and biologic therapy. Clinical trials may be an option for some as cancer treatment which meets the research criteria. Others may choose the alternative cancer treatment, which are usually not FDA-approved.
